About Rachel Kent

Rachel Kent is working with an independent team of complimentary health practitioners who specialise in working with and training groups of people in EFT, Psych-k© and NLP across the Midlands.

For some people, these workshops are for their own personal growth and healing.

For others, who are already in some kind of healing or helping role through their work, then the courses add rich tools to their practices.

Rachel Kent is a UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy) registered Gestalt Psychotherapist, Advanced EFT Practitioner and Trainer, Psych-K© Facilitator working in private practice in Birmingham and Pershore, Worcestershire.

In recent years Rachel has been incorporating EFT and Psych-K© into her work. Results have been far-reaching and encouraging.

She has personally used EFT successfully for issues of Public Speaking and for Weight Loss.
